At Clean Works, our philosophy is to check ourselves before you balance us. To this end, we have a dedicated Quality Assurance program in place to ensure you as our Client are receiving the best possible value for your facility maintenance dollars.
Our Quality Assurance Program starts at the top - with complete authority given to Vice President of Operations Jeff Burns. Jeff and Sonia Morales oversee all operational technicians, working to guarantee each job is completed correctly the first time, every time. This process begins with thorough on-the-job training where our employees are trained into their prospective buildings, eliminating confusion from one building specification to the next.
After initial training, our Director of Quality Control monitors technician quality with periodic, random, unannounced visits. These quality audits provide an objective feedback of a technician's work quality. The Director of Quality Control will work to ensure the building is left in exemplary condition, but passes the audit back to Jeff and Sonia for further coaching on proper technique.
